RE: UNAUTHORIZED CULTURAL CONGREGATION / VATRA OBSERVANCES
It has come to the Department’s attention that several units have engaged in unsanctioned congregation under the guise of cultural maintenance (ref: “Vatra” events). While Gorganization affirms the value of heritage-aligned morale stabilizers, unlogged assemblies—particularly those occurring off-shift or near restricted zones—jeopardize operational continuity.
Effective immediately:
- All gatherings must be logged via Form-451C (Ceremonial Registry)
- Attendance must maintain standard 1:ꙮ supervisory ratio
- Fires must remain symbolic only; ignition logs will be cross-verified
- Language referring to “meeting,” “safety,” “truth,” or “the real Vatra” is to be reported
- Personnel found in possession of independent invitations or unauthorized maps will be flagged for surface reorientation.
Supervisors are reminded:
Community is not compliance. Not all tradition is productive.
